Oversee and manage projects across our services: Social Media Management, Ads, Live Commerce, MCN, Affiliates, KOL, Campaigns, and Offline Activations.
Plan project scope, timelines, and priorities together with clients and internal teams.
Maintain good client relationships and make sure expectations and deliverables stay aligned.
Monitor progress, flag risks early, and help the team find solutions when issues come up.
Review project performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Min. 2 years of experience in a digital agency/brand is required
Proven experience in social media, live shopping, KOL management, and end-to-end project management
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with clients
Analytical and capable of developing insightful project reports
Highly organized, creative, and updated with social media trends
