Technical Competencies :
- S2 Economy, Management, Business, Communications, Social and Political Sciences, Event Management, Tourism
- Min. 5 years of experience in research, development of strategic planning documents, business planning, or similar planning documentation.
- Budget Planning
- Event Management
- Data Analysis and Report
Main Activities :
- Coordinating with Traffic in creating project planning consist of resources management, budget management, timeline and change management.
- Managing project initiation and administration from detailed description of project, clear project objectives and deliverables to client, main project requirements, coordinate on project delivery and coordinate on payment.
- Managing project execution by collaborating with Traffic, Product Management, Startup Scouting & Management to ensure project delivered as expected.
- Project closing and reporting and create project's profit and loss
- Developing business plan documents, accelerating pilot project implementation, and coordinating benchmarking/site visits, including agenda planning, stakeholder coordination, and post-visit insights reporting.
- Consultancy project: Supporting consultancy project that help clients builds business roadmaps, develop innovation pilot projects, and conduct global benchmarking initiatives across two countries.
