What you will do:
- Establish project timeline, including briefing, questionniare / script checking, day to day project monitoring, and present the deliverables to client
- Ensure projects are run in accordance to the timeline
- Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they meet company standards and clients satisfaction
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
- Supervise junior team members
- Monitor budget for freelancers
What you will need:
- Bachelor Degree from all major
- Min 3 years of experience in Project Management area
- Client Interaction & Understanding: Adept at understanding and translating client needs into actionable project plans
- Proposal Development
- Understand how to utilize digital platforms and marketing approaches to support project objectives
- Vendor Management: Experience in engaging and managing relationships with online and offline panel vendors
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute projects efficiently
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to assemble and lead project teams to successful outcomes
- Excellent communication skills for regular reporting to stakeholders, both internal teams and clients
