Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage HR-related projects from initiation through completion, including recruiting initiatives, onboarding programs, policy rollouts, and workforce process improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including HR, leadership, hiring managers, compliance, and operations.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding workflows for medical coders and healthcare staff, including offer letters, background checks, credential verification, system access, and orientation schedules.
- Oversee recruiting project timelines across platforms such as Indeed, Greenhouse, and internal referral pipelines.
- Track deliverables related to staffing plans, hiring targets, and onboarding completion metrics.
- Support performance management initiatives, including productivity tracking, quality benchmarks, and performance improvement plan (PIP) workflows.
- Ensure HR projects align with healthcare compliance requirements, HIPAA considerations, and internal policies.
- Maintain project documentation, SOPs, timelines, and status reports for HR initiatives.
- Identify risks related to staffing gaps, compliance delays, or onboarding bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Continuously improve HR workflows to support scalability and remote workforce efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of project management experience, preferably supporting HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition teams.
- Experience working in healthcare, medical coding, or regulated environments strongly preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, SHRM-CP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Indeed Employer, HRIS platforms).
- Strong understanding of remote onboarding, credentialing, and workforce compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent HR initiatives in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
