Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from order confirmation to final delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, PPIC, SCM, Production, QA, and Warehouse.

Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and delivery performance.

Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients regarding project status.

Manage quotations, project budgets, cost control, and margin monitoring.

Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.

Prepare project reports, KPIs, and management updates.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within manufacturing or packaging industries.

Strong understanding of SCM, PPIC, production planning, and order fulfillment.

Experience handling client-facing projects and quotations.

Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in project management tools, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
