About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects across the Indonesia office and regional teams. This role acts as a coordination bridge between local operations and regional stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on track, requirements are clearly communicated across teams, and key milestones are delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and ownership structures
• Coordinate project execution across Indonesia and regional teams, tracking progress and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule
• Identify project dependencies, risks, delays, and resource constraints, escalating critical issues to management when necessary
• Act as a liaison between the Indonesian team and regional stakeholders, translating business requirements in both directions and facilitating discussions when priorities or timelines are unclear
• Maintain clear and consistent project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Ideally 3–4 years of experience in project management, PMO, business operations, or project coordination
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple departments and countries, ideally within a multinational or regional organisation
• Experience in fintech, financial services, brokerage, banking, or technology industries is preferred
• Professional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required; professional working proficiency in Mandarin is strongly preferred as the role involves regular coordination with Mandarin-speaking regional management and stakeholders
