About the Role

We are looking for Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, structured planning, and effective stakeholder management in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders).
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates to management.
• Ensure proper project governance, documentation, and compliance with internal standards.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or financial services.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
