Position Objective
Support and manage the execution of strategic and operational initiatives across the organization, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Roles and Responsibilities
Project Management (80%)
1. Project Initiation
- Support the development of medium- to large-scale project business cases, including scope, objectives, deliverables, costs, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, and key milestones.
- Plan and facilitate requirement workshops, system/process evaluations, and user requirement gathering sessions.
- Ensure project objectives are clearly communicated to all stakeholders, including their roles and responsibilities.
2. Project Execution
- Lead and manage assigned projects to ensure alignment with defined objectives and successful delivery.
- Provide effective management support to project teams on medium- to large-scale initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring deliverables are tracked against timelines and budgets, and resource utilization is optimized.
- Define and implement appropriate project governance based on project size and complexity.
- Ensure adherence to the organization's project management framework throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate the preparation, review, and approval of key project management deliverables.
- Create and review Statements of Work (SOWs), manage vendor relationships, and ensure proper governance.
- Support project audits and compliance or security reviews where applicable.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project board and stakeholders.
- Coordinate quality assurance activities to ensure project outcomes meet defined standards.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes, including communicating their impact to stakeholders.
