Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager - Finance (ocaassionally visit clients in Jakarta). The Project Manager will oversee financial projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role requires frequent reporting and engaging with stakeholders to drive efficient project outcomes and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management, accounting, and budget planning skills
- Project management expertise, including risk assessment and timeline management
- Proficiency in technology tools and software related to finance and operations
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and utilize remote collaboration tools effectively
- Prior experience in virtual finance and operational roles is advantageous
- Understanding of tax compliance and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar fields
