Hiring: Project Manager – Front Arena (Treasury Systems)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in banking and capital markets to lead end-to-end delivery of Front Arena Treasury implementations and upgrades.

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Front Arena projects, ensuring successful implementation, upgrades, and integration within treasury environments. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and the ability to manage cross-functional global teams while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, and quality)
- Manage and lead a team of 8–10 members across functional and technical streams
- Ensure strong project governance, compliance, and process adherence
- Plan, estimate, and manage project demand, risks, and change requests
- Coordinate across stakeholders in banking, brokerage, and wealth management domains
- Act as the single point of accountability for project execution and issue resolution
- Ensure smooth execution through work prioritization and workload balancing
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Banking/Financial Services
- Strong track record of delivering treasury or trading platform projects
- Expertise in:
- Project Planning & Execution
- Risk & Change Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Delivery Governance
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets and front-to-back trading lifecycle
- Experience with trading/treasury platforms such as
- Nasdaq Calypso
- Murex
- Finastra Summit or Opics
- Front Arena experience (architecture, customization, or trading tools) is highly preferred.
