Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 2 year experience in Project Management for Core Banking (Temenos) projects
- Good understanding of banking business processes, especially Core Banking modules (Deposit, Loan, Payment, Transfer, Settlement)
- Familiar with Project Management methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)
- Experience using Project Management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence)
- Entry-level Project Management certification (CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Scrum Master) is a plus
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, monitoring, and execution of Temenos Core Banking projects
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plan, MOM, status reports)
- Ensure project progress aligns with defined timeline, scope, and budget
- Coordinate with vendors, business users, and IT teams for Temenos deliverables
- Track risks and issues and escalate to stakeholders when required
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to management
