Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, production knowledge, and exceptional people management abilities. They should be comfortable managing creative workflows while simultaneously acting as a Talent Manager to nurture and discipline the on-screen talents for our new Mini Drama IP.
Project Management & Production Oversight
- Lead the end-to-end production cycle of the Short/Mini Drama IP, from pre-production (ideation/scripting) to post-production (editing/QC).
- Coordinate daily workflows between the core team (Scriptwriter, Videographer/Editor) and internal support divisions (Strategist, Creative, Production).
- Create and maintain strict production timelines to ensure consistent daily/weekly content output.
- Identify production bottlenecks early and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure the final output meets the creative brief and quality standards before publishing.
Talent Management & Team Leadership
- Act as the direct Manager for the 3 key Talents; managing their schedules, call times, and on-set discipline.
- Brief talents regarding character development and script requirements in collaboration with the Scriptwriter.
- Maintain talent morale and chemistry to ensure optimal performance during shoots.
- Serve as the primary bridge between the Talents and the company, handling any administrative or personal management needs related to the project.
Requirements
- Preferably Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of Experience as Project Manager, Producer, or Talent Coordinator in a Production House or Creative Agency.
- Strong understanding of short-form video production (Series/Reels) and social media trends.
- Proven experience in handling/managing talents or influencers is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team of creatives.
- High sensitivity to operational issues, with the ability to identify, mitigate, and provide effective solutions proactively.
- Strong multitasking skills with solid prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership and responsibility for the success of the IP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
