Project Manager, Caleron Holdings, Jakarta

Caleron Holdings is a Singapore logistics platform founded by Silverwing Investment Ltd. It acquires established logistics businesses whose owners are planning for succession, and brings them onto one operating platform.

This role keeps the company's program of work on schedule, from first contact with a seller through to completion and integration. It reports to the Executive Chairman and works with the board in Singapore and the team in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Run the acquisition program plan: milestones, owners, dates and weekly reporting.
• Coordinate due diligence across finance, legal, operations and external advisers.
• Prepare board and management papers, action logs and decision records.
• Build and maintain project tracking, document control and reporting in Lark.
• Plan and track integration and technology rollout for acquired businesses.

Requirements

• Five or more years managing multi-workstream projects to dates and budgets.
• Experience in at least one of: M&A or transaction support, logistics or supply chain, consulting, or a project management office.
• Professional English, written and spoken, because the role reports to a Singapore board.
• Mandarin language capability would be a benefit
• A record of handling confidential information.
• Full time, based in Quantum's Jakarta office, with regular travel to Singapore.

This role requires the right to work in Indonesia.
