Urgently Hiring: Project Manager – Telecommunications Subsystem (Metro Rail)

South Jakarta | Contract basis

PERSOL is currently assisting our client to lead the deployment of the telecommunications subsystem for a metro rail project in Jakarta, with a strong focus on video surveillance (CCTV) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for telecom subsystems: design, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
• Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of video surveillance systems
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, and deliver milestones on time and to quality standards
• Manage stakeholders, customers, vendors, and contracts
• Lead and mentor telecom engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, with a safety-first culture
• Oversee the T&C strategy and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), including integrated testing with other project systems
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and report progress to senior management and the client

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 8-12 years of project management experience, with a significant portion in large-scale infrastructure projects
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications subsystem deployment, including CCTV and video surveillance technologies
• Experience in metro rail or railway projects is a strong advantage
• Strong customer management, vendor management, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
• Willingness to travel as required
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
