Project Manager

Job Description:

• Manage and deliver end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and Stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals.
• Translate product and business requirements into project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Support product-driven development, ensuring features deliver customer and business value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and Life Insurance industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience in Product Management or product-driven projects.
• Mandatory experience in the Life Insurance industry.
• Strong skills in end-to-end project management and cross-functional collaboration.
