Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform that helps small retailers in Indonesia to get products easily with good prices. We are also growing our business into a modern trade channel and by opening offline stores that sell home living items, accessories, as well as expanding into toy categories.

Job Responsibilities:
- Project support and coordination: Support the project owner in daily work management, coordinate internal company resources, collect feedback, and ensure the smooth execution of cross-team work.
- Data statistics and analysis: Collect and analyze market data to provide support for department heads to make strategic decisions and market optimization.
- Project management goal follow-up: manage, classify and archive the project information of the department.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, or Business Administration (fresh grads welcome).
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) for direct and indirect translation tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a driver's license, familiar with Jakarta's routes and local business; may require site visits.
- Team player with quick problem-solving, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Leadership or internship experience is a plus; open to shift work and overtime.
