Role Overview
Supports the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in ensuring structured governance, financial accuracy, contract compliance, and operational coordination across all service towers, including billing validation and administrative control.
Responsibilities:
- Support SDM in overall managed service governance and coordination
- Maintain consolidated reporting across all technical towers
- Track SLA, KPI, and operational performance metrics
- Monitor project/service milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Support financial tracking (FTE utilization, cost tracking, billing validation)
- Coordinate service review meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Maintain risk, issue, and action log register
- Ensure documentation compliance and audit readiness
- Support change governance and approval tracking
- Act as coordination point between tower leads and management
Qualifacation:
- Fresh Graduate (02 year experience) in: Management / Accounting / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering / IT / related field - Internship exposure to reporting, finance, or administrative coordination is a plus
- Basic understanding SLA and KPI concepts
- Basic financial and billing principles
- IT service management fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of: Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot, reconciliation)
- Basic financial calculation and invoice validation knowledge
- Experience in doing documentation and reporting preparation
- Willing to learn ITIL framework
