Project Management Office Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate PMO to support our Project Management Office in driving successful project delivery. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who enjoys working with data, coordinating across teams, and ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
• Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Track risks and issues, ensuring proper documentation and timely escalation
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance processes
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain data accuracy in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Lark)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or similar roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
