We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our Company as a Project Management Intern (Paid Program) based in BSD or Jakarta, Indonesia or nearby areas.
Job description
- Identifies and coordinates project deliverable according to recommended strategic plans and timelines
- Ensure resource availability and allocation along with detailed action plans and scheduling
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties if there are changes on project scope, schedule or cost
- Identify project risk, resolved issues and potential conflicts within a project
- Ensuring user satisfaction and communications to all stakeholders
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques while maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Having knowledge about waterfall & agile methodologies, especially Scrum & Kanban
Requirement
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Candidates with a major in Information Technology (IT) are preferred.
- Having knowledge about collaboration & office tools (Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Ms Office etc)
- Experience working with various team (Programmer/Network/System/Security/DevOps Engineer)
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project element simultaneously with timeboxing (run multiple workstreams con currently and stay context-aware)
- Inspect and adapt with SDLC workflow and CI/CD awareness - familiar with pipelines (buildtestdeploy), environment management (dev/stg/prod), release documentation, and rollback procedures.
- Willing to Hybrid Work with 2 on-site working days per week.
