Project Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary squad of 510 team members (engineers, QA, and other stakeholders)
• Ensure high-quality product releases while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements
• Act as the main liaison between Product Owners and technical teams to align business and technical objectives
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-squad coordination to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee banking system integration and ensure seamless implementation across platforms
• Support and promote CI/CD practices and awareness within the team
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading engineering or technical teams in banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of banking system integration and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and modern software delivery practices
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project and documentation management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
