Project Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Proficient in English communication (speaking, listening, writing)

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and project proposals.

Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations from drawings and models.

Develop and update 3D models using SketchUp to support design, visualization, and estimation processes.

Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment between design intent and cost planning.

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.

Monitor project costs, identify variances, and provide recommendations to maintain budget control.

Support continuous improvement in estimation processes and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in estimating within construction, architecture, or interior projects.

Proficiency in SketchUp and related tools for modeling and visualization.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
