We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations and coordinating the budgeting process for commercial kitchen equipment projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Estimator or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, fabrication, or construction projects is a plus
- Familiarity with cost estimation tools and MS Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Description:
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Cost Estimation (RAB) based on design drawings and specifications
- Analyze project requirements and determine material, labor, and time costs
- Coordinate with the project leader and on-site foreman (mandor) to align budget plans with field needs
- Manage the procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project standards
- Review and update estimates based on project progress or changes in scope
- Assist in creating project proposals and pricing documents for clients
- Provide regular reporting on cost tracking and budget utilization
