Develop and implement digital solutions to support business processes and operational improvements.
Manage and maintain LPMS (Live Project Management System) to ensure smooth system functionality and user support.
Design, develop, and maintain IT-based applications or systems to support internal business needs.
Interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Azure Cloud (Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob etc.), and PostgreSql Database for data analysis and business insights.
Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online and PowerBI)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digitalization opportunities and implement effective solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and compliance with company IT standards.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for existing digital tools and platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 57 years of experience in digitalization, IT development, or related roles.
Strong experience with LPMS systems, IT development, and Power BI dashboard development.
Knowledge of data analytics, database management, and system integration is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Willing to be placed in the company's operational areas
