Job Description

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical)
15+ years of experience in EPC projects
10+ years serving as Project Control Lead / Senior Project Control
Advanced proficiency in Primavera and/or MS Project
Strong capability in developing baseline schedules, WBS, resource loading, and S-Curve progress
Skilled in preparing project budgets, Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), and cash flow projections
Deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experienced in forecasting cost at completion and performing variance analysis
Proven experience in managing change orders and claim control
Able to deliver Project Control Reports, Executive Dashboards, and Progress Summaries
Strong leadership and managerial skills, including leading Planning, Cost Control, and Document Control teams
