The Project Controller is responsible for supporting project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, performance analysis, and reporting activities across all phases of the project lifecycle. This role ensures that project objectives are achieved in accordance with schedule, cost, and performance targets through effective project control methodologies and tools.
What will you do as a Project Controller
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project
- Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analysis
- Track progress using weight factors/rules of credit
- Conduct variance, schedule forecast, and productivity analyses
- Prepare lookahead schedules and progress reports
- Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning
Where you will work
As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing the project at one of our project sites in Indonesia.
What you bring as a Project Controller
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 410 years of experience in project control
- Experience in heavy or light industries (Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Plant, Oleochemicals, mining, manufacturing, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and leadership capability
- Proficient in English
- Experience with MS Project resource planning, schedule forensic analysis, or PMIS tools is a plus
