About the Role
The role involves leading and managing overseas(from China) transfer projects at the Indonesia site, ensuring seamless execution and delivery while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end life-cycle of overseas transfer projects at the Indonesia site, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Planning & Risk Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, conduct risk assessments, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional resources, chair project meetings, and streamline information flow to deliver clear action items and requirements.
- Key Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between the Indonesia factory, customers, and the Shenzhen Headquarters to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Milestone Tracking: Monitor project progress and critical milestones (e.g., Trial Run, Mass Production). Take ownership of troubleshooting and problem-solving to resolve project bottlenecks.
- Documentation & Technical Review: Maintain project documentation systems and interpret technical drawings/specifications from customers and R&D teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Required Skills
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (written and verbal) as a primary working language.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in MS Office and Project Management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive, resilient, and capable of working under high pressure.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing quality management systems and production processes.
Preferred Skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in mass production transfers or operational project management. PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Mandarin speaker/beginner(nice to have)
