What will you be responsible for
- Be a champion for non-search and non-social channels, identifying opportunities to diversify our client's media mix beyond Meta, Google, TikTok in SEA.
- Strategize programmatic campaigns using DSPs &/or direct buys including Audio, OTT, DOOH, Rich Media, and other emerging formats.
- Initiate partnership discussions with emerging media partners beyond BAU buys (e.g. native, sponsorships, branded content integrations).
- Develop programs and partnerships that unlock new-to-market opportunities, custom executions, and/or value-added elements that drive incremental impact.
- Collaborate closely with planning & execution teams to design innovative programmatic strategies that exceed client expectations and deliver measurable results.
- Design test-and-learn roadmaps to evaluate non core channels performance, including setting KPIs, measurement frameworks, and actionable insights for scale.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging ad technologies, proactively sharing recommendations on innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge for our client.
What are the requirements of the role
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in programmatic digital media, preferably with a media agency and with some level of performance marketing experience
- Proficiency with multiple DSPs. DV360, The Trade Desk, and any other mobile specific DSPs is a plus.
- Knowledge of audience, inventory, and publisher planning/management
- Experience of running brand based innovative campaigns which are complex and in multiple regions.
- Technical knowledge of ad servers, tracking and, mobile measurement tools
- Ability to work autonomously and with team members in different locations.
- Comfortable with excel and large data sets to make analytical/data-based decisions.
- Excellence within the following skill areas: problem solving, data led analysis, organization, collaboration. Alongside being a confident presenter and communicator
- Experience on the following would be a plus:
- Experience managing campaigns driving towards app installs is a plus
- Experience in running CTV and DOOH campaigns is a plus.
- Knowledge of DPS outside of DV360 and TTD is a plus
