Production Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibility

• Support the Head of Department in planning, coordinating, and supervising operations.
• Act as a communication bridge between local and international teams.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation in three languages.
• Oversee project execution to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide strategic input to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, industrial or related major.
• Proficiency in three languages: Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering is an advantage.
• Able to work both independently and in a team, with strong result orientation.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
