Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Engineer with a strong technical background and proficiency in Mandarin. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of production systems while facilitating communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken or written).

- Proven experience in production support, system administration, or IT operations.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management systems, and scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
