Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for inventory preparation, planning, food and catering equipment logistics.
  • Ensure timely delivery of catering equipment and food.
  • Act as the catering company's representative at scheduled events.
  • Manage the setup, decoration, dismantling, and collection of catering equipment on-site.
  • Ensure catering equipment is properly arranged and stored after events.
  • Maintain basic cleanliness of vehicles after events.
  • Collect payments from customers if required to do so.
  • Perform other duties as directed by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • At least an STPM or Vocational certificate.
  • Requires someone who can work in the field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in F&B or event management.
  • Must possess at least a Class D driving license. Having a GDL is an advantage.
  • Honest and trustworthy individual.
  • Able to work in a continuous environment.
  • Someone who can work in a team.
  • Adheres to strict schedules.
  • Must be efficient, responsible, willing to learn, and meticulous in work.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to unexpected changes.
  • Willing to work shifts if required.
