Production Supervisor (Shift)

PT. Responsibilities

• Arrange production according to the production plan to ensure that production tasks are completed on time
• Supervise the execution of each link of production to ensure the standardization and smooth operation of the production process
• Implement the quality management system to ensure that the optical cable products meet the quality requirements
• Implement 5S management and actively improve production quality & team personnel
• Collect and analyze production data, prepare production reports, and provide decision support for company management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Experience as Production Supervisor or Production Head in Telecommunication Company
• Good in English
