Conduct Learning Need Analysis (LNA) and create comprehensive learning program for Operations Team
Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including team leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure the successful implementation of learning and quality improvement initiatives.
Establish and maintain a knowledge management system to facilitate the sharing of best practices, standard operating procedures, and essential information for the Operations Team.
Evaluate learning programs and generate reports for the Operations Team
Conduct technical assessments to assess the proficiency of acting employees and identify areas requiring further development or training.
Manage and oversee the reward program for couriers, including riders and drivers, to recognize and incentivize exceptional performance and adherence to quality standards.
Lead projects to improve our operations quality, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes and track progress.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering) or a similar field.
Proven experience in coordinating learning and development programs.
Strong project management skills with a focus on quality improvement.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Knowledge of quality management principles and methodologies is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and drive positive change.
