Production Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our facility located in Pancoran Mas. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing production schedules, planning workflows, supervising production activities, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires effective coordination with various departments to optimize production efficiency and deliver high-quality products.

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead and motivate team members effectively
• Experience in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules
• Proficiency in Production Management processes to ensure operational efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and relevant industry regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical production processes is an advantage
