- Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to optimize workflows
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments
- Expertise in Production Management to ensure efficiency and maintain quality standards
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address on-the-spot operational challenges
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment would be an advantage
