Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure daily production processes, run efficiently and according to SOPs.
Lead and manage the production team to achieve quality, quantity, and efficiency targets.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) standards.
Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate closely with QC, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to maintain consistent product quality.
Prepare daily/weekly production reports and operational performance analysis.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
23 years of experience in manufacturing/production roles (experience in agro-industry or essential oils is a plus)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under targets in a structured production environment
