Position Introduction:
Responsible in maintaining a structured work environment, controlling the production run smothly and ensure all the process done align with SOP
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and supervise an operative team of worker to achieve production target and quality objective
- Monitor the productivity, yield and manpower utilization of the section.
- Assist to prepare monthly production report to the Production Manager
- Monitor the daily urgent parts & Backlog hours
- Control cost Production, Job variance and OEE
- Ensure good housekeeping of the section and its premises
- Determine continuous improvement
- Responsible for the overall performance of the member
- Plan and source for appropriate machinery, equipment and tools to improve operation
Requirements:
- Have experience in related field, supervisor from manufacturing company, Tobacco background is an advantage
- Minimum Diploma
- Knowledge of business Process and practices
- The ability to foster teamwork
- Background in project management
- Experience with coaching or training employee
- Have good personality and able make an approach for all level
- Strong oral and written skills
- Strong leadership skills that include being a self starter
