Production Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate production staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and downtime is minimized.
• Train, coach, and evaluate production team members to improve skills and performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a household appliance manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office tools.
