Production Staff

Job Description:

• Prepare raw materials for processing, including cleaning, sorting, and grading when required.
• Operate equipment or machinery used in the processing activities.
• Carry out production processes in accordance with applicable standards and procedures to meet quality and safety requirements.
• Inspect products to ensure there are no defects or abnormalities, and remove items that do not meet the specified criteria.
• Package processed products and organize their storage.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of processing equipment and the work area to maintain hygiene and efficiency standards.
• Assist in inventory control by tracking supplies, materials, and processed products to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Ensure storage standards are consistently met.
• Monitor the performance of daily production workers.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma degree in a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field
• Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and lift heavy objects
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Able to work in a teams and communicate effectively
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, according to production schedule
