Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations
- Supervise end-to-end production activities and ensure the execution of daily production plans.
- Lead technical and shop-floor operations, ensuring productivity and process stability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution.
Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and supervise operators, foremen, and shift teams (typically 2040 subordinates, 4-group shift).
- Maintain a disciplined, process-driven working culture.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure production processes comply with company quality standards.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure a safe operational environment.
- Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
Reporting & Coordination
- Report to the relevant department heads.
- Coordinate with maintenance, QA, warehouse, and planning teams to support smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or related fields, from public universities
- Minimum 5 years as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor in manufacturing production operations.
- Experience supervising Production in Building Materials, including Steel/Metal/Plastic/Packaging
- Strong technical expertise and process understanding.
- Able to lead senior operators and foremen with firmness.
- High integrity, loyalty, and people-oriented leadership.
- Result-driven and able to work extended hours during operational issues.

- Able to enforce SOPs, production discipline, and line efficiency with consistency and assertiveness, especially when managing senior operators and multi-shift teams.
