Production Planning & Material Control (Automotive - Purwakarta)

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain short and long-term CKD parts forecasting based on production plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, and R&D departments to align CKD requirements with market demand and product development.
• Create and optimize master production schedules for CKD parts.
• Monitor market trends and adjust forecasting methods to improve accuracy.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems for CKD parts.
• Establish optimal inventory levels, safety stocks, and reorder points to prevent shortages.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
• Oversee warehouse operations and bonded warehouse compliance for CKD parts storage
• Maintain strong relationships with overseas CKD suppliers
• Negotiate lead times, delivery schedules, and logistics arrangements.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in CKD planning & inventory control, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English (spoken & written), Mandarin Chinese is a plus
