About the Role

We are looking for a Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) professional to join our growing team in the printing and packaging industry (offset, promotional, paper bags, and corrugated packaging).

This role is critical to bridging daily operational needs with short and long-term production targets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules based on capacity and order priorities.
• Analyze and optimize production workflows and inventory control systems.
• Collect, Rekap and Evaluate Production Realization Data
• Prepare production requirements proactively to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate across departments to drive efficiency and meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Grafika, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC (preferably in printing or packaging industries).
• Familiar with multiple production types: offset, corrugated, and paper bag manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
• Systematic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
