PPIC Associate (Placement: Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur)
Responsibilities :
PPIC - Material Control
- Ensure material availability aligns with production plans
- Monitor stock levels (raw materials, WIP, supporting materials) to prevent overstock and shortages
- Coordinate with purchasing on material requirements and deliveries
- Calculate material needs based on BoM and production plans
- Oversee warehouse material movement and maintain inventory accuracy
- Analyze stock discrepancies and conduct regular stock counts
- Ensure efficient and standard-compliant material usage
PPIC - Production Planning
- Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity
- Ensure production execution meets scheduled timelines
- Analyze machine and manpower capacity to support smooth operations
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and purchasing to ensure material readiness
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain workflow
- Monitor production progress to meet output and delivery targets
- Prepare regular reports on production plans vs. actual performance
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or MRP (Material Requirement Planning) systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills for working across teams and departments.
