Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct production planning based on demand and business timelines.
Create and manage purchase orders (PO) to vendors/factories.
Control and monitor inventory for packaging materials and finished goods.
Monitor production timelines from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with external factories and internal teams (R&D, E-commerce, Marketing).
Arrange product shipments from factory to warehouse.
Monitor delivery progress until goods are received at the warehouse

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience in cosmetics/skincare industry or handling third-party manufacturing (maklon) is a plus
Proven experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)
Strong analytical and planning skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Placement : Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat. (On-site)
