PTETI located in Sidoarjo – East Java. The company process wet-blue into high quality finished leather. We are currently seeking passionate individual to fill as Production Planner role.

Role Overview

We welcome professionals to join our team as a Production Planner, who will play a pivotal role to turning plans into action. This role will drive the production process and provide insight of possibilities that might arise during the process, closely coordination with cross-function team to achieve timely manner of delivery. The role within will be included, but not limited to:

• Create and manage production schedule that align with complexity and demand
• Ensuring mass production process run as efficiently as possible
• Track Production progress and process monitoring
• Maintain accurate records within the process and finish batch
• Analyze production capacity and identify bottleneck

About Candidate

• Strong in planning, analytical, problem solving, and data management
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or any related background, with proven at least 5 years experience in manufacturing/FMCG
• Proven skills in ERP system, Ms. Excel, and Power BI analysis
• Excellence in coordination, follow up and communication skills
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in Business English
