JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Develop department strategy based on department goal setting and KPI.
  • Cascade department goal setting and KPI down to shopfloor level.
  • Organize resource allocation.
  • Deep understanding of the production end-to-end flow process.
  • Organize workflows for multiskill programs while developing subordinates abilities to understand the workflow end-to-end process.
  • Organize technical skills related to process understanding, why-why analysis, 6W2H, and others.
  • Develop employee leave management program.
  • Ensure production process meets Quality policy.
  • Ensure compliance for material and waste handling.
  • Give feedback related to production capacity.
  • Timely reporting related to SAP, MES, and WMS.
  • Coordinate manpower arrangement based on following demand.
  • Develop operating system for planning (DDS, LO, L1).
  • Prepare operating budget for production (DDS, LO, L1).
  • Develop basic statistics and data visualization.
  • Develop escalation work process.
  • Control and monitor scorecards and KPIs based on monthly and individual scores.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance/output.
  • Control and monitor 1on1 programs from supervisors to IDL based on daily monitoring, daily reporting, and daily coaching.
  • Control and monitor budgeting plan for the fiscal year for production, also managing and improving the following year's results.
  • Evaluate performance appraisal for subordinates.
  • Ensure developing ramp up plan following new project introduction launch timing.
  • Ensure strategy development for two-phase mass production commissioning and zero customer complaints.
  • Manage benchmarking programs between business units.
  • Actively participate in company-initiated programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent experience if below Bachelor's degree.
  • More than 5 years of experience in production management in large and medium-sized companies.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate production teams, optimize roles, close skill gaps, resolve conflicts, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and PMC for DDS.

  • Understand end-to-end production and work order flow; ensure quality and compliance (ISO/GMP); optimize efficiency using 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean; proficient in SAP & MES.
  • Prepare reports, coordinate with management and suppliers, meet deadlines, handle production issues, track KPIs, and optimize efficiency, costs, and material usage.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with strong leadership, communication, team management, and SAP/MES proficiency.
