I. Job Overview
- As the on-site operations manager dispatched by the group to the Malacca factory , I am fully responsible for the operations and performance of the manufacturing department, including the formulation and execution of production plans, safety management, quality management, cost control, and on-site management.
II. Job Responsibilities
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations department, including product output targets, equipment / operation efficiency, material / operation costs, and quality targets for each process.
- Track performance against targets, and take timely corrective measures if there is a risk of failing to achieve the targets.
- Analyze production, quality control, equipment maintenance, and other relevant reports to identify and resolve problems promptly;
- Supervise employees to strictly follow operating procedures, ensure product quality, and continuously improve product quality;
- Control production performance, conduct regular/irregular inspections of the production site, urge rectification and conduct evaluations;
- Responsible for collaboration, coordination and communication between the department and other departments, as well as handling other emergencies ;
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
III. Job Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree () / Master's degree () / or above
- Professional requirements: Background in engineering or manufacturing management.
- Work experience: 10+ years of relevant work experience; 3+ years of relevant management experience
- Language skills: English and Chinese
- Professional skills: Familiar with the semiconductor testing (ATS) industry and proficient in packaging and testing production processes; skilled in using office software.
- Skills required: Learning ability, decision-making ability, coordination ability, communication ability, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, analytical ability, execution ability, planning ability, management and control ability, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and teamwork ability.
IV. Other Requirements
Familiar with on-site management, quality improvement tools, target management, and engineering improvement; received complete training on ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality management system, ISO 14001, and GP environmental management system related documents.
