About the Role
Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end production (printing, converting, finishing)
- Manage manpower, capacity, and production planning
- Ensure targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety
- Support machine installation, trial runs, and mass production
- Drive SOP implementation and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- manufacturing/printing experience
- Strong leadership and factory operation knowledge
- Experience in packaging / carton manufacturing preferred
- Willing to be based in KEK Kendal
- Mandarin & English communication skill is an advantage
