About the Company
Moonjar is a premium craft tile manufacturer specializing in high-end,
handcrafted lava stone products for residential and commercial interiors. Our
clients include architects, designers, developers, and private buyers in the
premium segment. We are expanding our team and are looking for a
professional, presentable, and highly organized Showroom Sales Manager to
become the face of our brand.
Position Overview
The Production Manager is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of the
manufacturing processes for glazed lavastone tiles, ensuring that all output
strictly complies with company quality standards. Reporting directly to the
Director, this role involves managing a team of up to 8 subordinates,
including the Senior Foreman, Workshop Foremen, Storekeeper, and Packer

Description:
Key Responsibilities
Production Process Organization:
Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on order
volumes and capacity.
Coordinate all stages of glazed lavastone tile production, from material
preparation to final packaging.
Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, minimize downtime, and
maintain proper and transparent inventory accounting.
Quality Control & Optimization:
Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and perform detailed
product inspections to identify defects.
Analyze production efficiency and implement tools for quality
improvement and labor productivity.
Control material consumption and resource use to reduce costs and
minimize waste.
Personnel Management & Discipline:
Lead and train a team of up to 8 people, including foremen, storekeepers,
and packers.
Establish and firmly enforce production discipline and safety protocols.
Conduct safety briefings and ensure absolute compliance with workplace
regulations.
Administrative & Collaborative Tasks:
Prepare detailed reports on production metrics, efficiency, and defect
levels for management.
Collaborate with the procurement and sales departments to ensure a
seamless flow of materials and information.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Higher technical or engineering education (preferably in materials science,
ceramics, or chemistry).
Proven management experience in a production environment.
Significant Advantage: Experience with industrial kilns and work within
the ceramics industry. Professional Expertise:
Deep understanding of production organization methods, tools for
quality improvement, and labor productivity
Proficiency in production equipment operation and maintenance
principles.
Knowledge of quality standards and safety management systems.
Personal Qualities & Leadership:
Highly organized, principled (principled/honest), and meticulous
professional.
Clear understanding of hierarchy and subordination.
Strong leadership with the ability to firmly demand adherence to
regulations and discipline.
Preferred Background:
Experience in military or education service is a plus, reflecting the
candidate's ability to maintain order and follow chain of command

Probation period: three months
