Purpose of the role
- Vision: The Production Executive supports the production process by managing standard projects according to the Production Center standards.
- Mission: To support the activation of the clients proposition through collaborating internally on production projects.

The Production Executive (PE) will support the production processes by managing standard projects as, but not limited, rate cards, reporting & analysing internal data, acquiring experience in ways of work, procedures and workstreams.
The Production Executive will be also responsible of presenting to the rest of the business units all the Production Centers achievements and new joiners through our internal communication channels.
The Production Executive will always perform under direct supervision of Senior/Production Managers.
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
- Relevant business related qualifications AND/OR appropriate experiences within a Procurement, Contracts or Commercial-focussed environment.
- Previous experiences in Procurement and logistics roles, a good understanding of Purchasing systems and basic Finance, plus a good understanding of MRP/ERP systems preferred but not essential.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field may be advantageous.
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.

Role requirements
- The PE could be required to be present on client site if any, or our local office, a minimum of 2 days per week based on client requirements.
- Travel to conferences or client events might be required on occasion.
- The project-based nature of the role requires that some days you will have to work outside of these hours or might need to work during some bank holidays based on the need of the local market you work for. This will be compensated in other moment.
