Responsibilities :
- Operate, maintain, and repair production machines in accordance with established SOPs.
- Perform troubleshooting on filling, packaging, and conveyor machines to ensure smooth production operations.
- Prepare routine reports on machine maintenance and repair activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement programs within the production area.
- Coordinate with the production and engineering teams to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with company regulations.
Requirements :
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3), preferably majoring in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Robotics, or Refrigeration.
- Experience in the Dairy, Ice Cream, and UHT industries is preferred.
- Experience as a technician for Tetrapack/SIG machines or Aseptic Filling Systems is required
- Strong electrical skills and knowledge.
- Able to read and understand Electrical and Control Wiring Diagrams (NO/NC systems).
- Capable of troubleshooting filling, packing, and conveyor machines.
- Skilled in machine maintenance and servicing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Willing to work in shifts.
